Photography and video at events
We may record an event to document it, create recaps and, where separately explained and appropriately consented to, promote Yapsters Social or a project. Before each event state where recording occurs, purposes, channels, retention and how to raise a concern or request not to be included. Honour opt-outs and obtain consent required for each use. For each event
Event organisers should state whether recording is planned, why it is taking place, where content may appear, how long it is kept and how to raise a concern or opt out.
Attendance alone should not be treated as permission for every promotional use. Obtain the appropriate notice and consent for the specific event and use.
